Award-winning author and Iowa Writers’ Workshop graduate Tony Tulathimutte is the inaugural recipient of the Jack Galef Literary Arts Award. Tulathimutte is a visiting faculty member in residence at the workshop this fall.
Sercie Gee, a junior majoring in public health with minors in sociology and leadership studies, is studying abroad in summer 2026 on the Maternal Health Abroad program in the Costa Rica.
