Verifications
If you need a type of verification for loan deferment, health insurance, good student discount for auto insurance, international student ID, employment or other purposes you may print verification forms through your MyUI account (under Student Information, Verifications). Types of verifications include:
- Academic standing
- Anticipated graduation
- Class schedule
- Cumulative hours earned
- Dates of attendance
- Degree verification (awards earned)
- Enrollment hours or status
- Grades and tuition
- Loan deferment
- Program of study
- Resident status
- Semester GPA
- Test scores
- UI Cumulative GPA
- Voter residency verification

Official transcript
You may order an official transcript through your MyUI account (under Student Records, Transcript Request) or through the Registrar's website.
Dean's Certification
If you are a College of Liberal Arts and Sciences student who is applying to transfer from the University of Iowa to another institution, or applying to a graduate or professional program, and have a Dean’s Certification or Dean’s Report form that needs to be completed by a College Official, please contact CLAS Undergraduate Programs by calling 319-335-2633 or emailing clas-undergrad@uiowa.edu for assistance.
