Hi, I’m Tony Glowacki. I own a technology services company helping organizations with cybersecurity, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. Over more than 40 years, I’ve worked across software development, database architecture, systems integration, and business technology, with a consistent focus on making complex technology useful, secure, and practical.

Why CLAS?

The most valuable perspective I gained was learning to understand a problem before rushing to solve it. I learned early in my career that a technically elegant solution can still fail if it doesn’t fit the way people actually work. Successful technology depends on understanding context, asking better questions, listening for assumptions, and communicating complex ideas to people with different backgrounds.

Artificial intelligence is making technical execution faster and more accessible, but we shouldn’t confuse capability with wisdom. Future graduates will need critical thinking, ethics, communication, and the ability to understand how technology affects real people and institutions. They’ll need to question AI-generated answers, recognize missing context, and know when human judgment must prevail. The strongest professionals won’t simply use AI to produce more—they’ll use it to ask better questions and make better decisions.
