The Office of the Vice President for Research and Economic Development is pleased to welcome Peg AtKisson of Grant Writing Seminars and Workshops back to campus to provide insight and training in the practical and conceptual aspects of the proposal-writing process.  Dr. AtKisson will present the Phase I seminar titled “Write Winning Grant Proposals” on Friday, October 7, 2016. 

PRESENTER INFORMATION

Dr. AtKisson received her Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2002.  She is an associate member of Grant Writer’s Seminars and Workshops, LLC.  During her work with Tufts University, Dr. AtKisson made significant contributions to over $140M in funded grants, including proposal writing, grantsmanship support, team building and strategy design for all areas of research and scholarship.  

SEMINAR INFORMATION

DATE:  Friday, October 7, 2016, The University Club (1360 Melrose Avenue)

TIME:   8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

COST:  $150/person (includes grant writing workbook & lunch) CLAS will cover the cost for tenured, clinical, and tenure-track faculty as well as lecturers.
