This memo is a reminder that departments should be moving forward on their year two workplan of strategic plans. The Dean’s Office will be soliciting progress reports, due Thursday, June 1, 2023, about progress made on this plan. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Dean Sara Sanders, Associate Dean Roland Racevskis, or Associate Dean Chris Cheatum with questions about your strategic plan.

Additionally, departments may use this template to assist with their year two strategic work plan. This is not a required template but instead something that may be useful in your planning.

The year two strategic plan update will be due June 1, 2023 via the CLAS File Cabinet.
