This memo is a reminder that departments should be moving forward on their year three workplan of strategic plans. The Dean’s Office will be soliciting progress reports, due Friday, May 31, 2024, about progress made on this plan. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Dean Sara Sanders, Associate Dean Roland Racevskis, or Associate Dean Chris Cheatum with questions about your strategic plan.

Additionally, departments may use this template to assist with their strategic work plan. This is not a required template but instead something that may be useful in your planning.

The year three strategic plan update will be due May 31, 2024 via the CLAS File Cabinet.
