Two sessions of training have been scheduled for performance reviews for CLAS supervisors. New supervisors who will perform performance reviews for the first time, or more experienced supervisors who would like to have a refresher on the process are encouraged to attend. In this course, we will review the basics of the performance management system, gathering multi-rater feedback, evaluating performance, providing feedback, goal setting, and stay interviews.
