The UI Classroom Scheduling and Classroom Support Team is preparing a multi-year classroom renovation plan, for funding beginning July 1, 2023. Priority is given to general University Classrooms; however, funding requests for CLAS departmental classrooms will also be considered. If you have departmental classrooms or labs that have deferred maintenance needs, or require a renovation (can include furniture) that will improve or enhance the delivery of instruction, please forward those to me. Requests, in the form of a narrative, should include the room number/location, utilization, rationale and description of the project. Approximate costs for the proposed projects are useful, if available. Requests should not include instructional equipment or technology.
