Innovation Challenge is a university-wide competition with the goal to identify, advance, and support the most innovative and entrepreneurial projects on campus. Innovation Challenge will help bring $225,000 in funding to be awarded during the 2022-23 academic year across the University of Iowa campus.

The DEADLINE to apply is MARCH 27 for the second phase of the competition that will be held April 10-11 and will award up to $150,000 in prizes. Applications are now being accepted. The University of Iowa John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center awarded $75,000 in prizes in the fall during the first phase of the competition. 

An in-person information workshop will be held Feb. 24 from 11:30 a.m.-12:20 p.m. To sign up, contact jan-finlayson@uiowa.edu. Please inquire about additional coaching as needed. The workshop and coaching sessions will be held at PBB W207.
