Dear DEOs,

As part of Iowa’s Center for the Integration of Research Teaching and Learning (CIRTL) effort, we are asking you to help us identify faculty in your department who have conducted research on their teaching. Our hope is to identify these faculty and connect them with local and national CIRTL resources and opportunities. Our goal is to offer

1) recognition for research related to teaching and learning

2) facilitate collaborate on disciplinary research related to teaching

3) connect these faculty with graduate student researchers from across campus looking to participate in teaching projects.

We ask that you take a moment to respond to two questions in the Qualtrics survey (link below). It is anticipated that this survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete. The survey will ask you to identify members of your department doing this type of work. We will use this information to reach out to those individuals to ask them about their work.

Thank you very much for your time and support to recognize the important work of your faculty!
