The Dean's office is working on aligning faculty reviews with the merit raise process.  This academic year, these two processes will necessarily happen at different times.  However, to reduce the service loads in the departments and to encourage departmental autonomy and local decision making, the Dean's office will not require faculty to update and affirm their APR this Spring.  Departments may choose to use the existing APR (last affirmed in Fall 2019) to do faculty reviews.  We expect that next academic year, faculty reviews and merit raises will both happen in the Fall.
