The 2018-2019 TA and RA Offer Letter templates, Fellowship Offer Letter, and updated CLAS Policies and Best Practices for TA Appointments for AY 18-19 have been uploaded to the CLAS Administrative Manual website: https://clas.uiowa.edu/deos/administrative-manual-graduate-appointments. There will not be separate templates for new TAs/RAs and returning TAs/RAs this year.
