The Office of the Provost is pleased to announce the following professional development opportunities for UI DEOs for AY 2019-2020: 

• Workshop I:
  Conducting Effective Faculty Annual Reviews Across Faculty Career Stages
  January 27, 2020, 9:00-10:30 a.m. in 2520D UCC (University Capitol Centre)
• Workshop II:
  Conducting Effective Faculty Annual Reviews: Mentoring Underperforming Faculty
  February 28, 2020, 1:00-2:30 p.m. in 2520D UCC (University Capitol Centre)
• DEO Conversations with Campus Leaders Breakfasts - The DEO Breakfasts are designed to provide an informal opportunity for DEOs to speak directly with key campus leaders and network with other DEOs across colleges and disciplines. A warm breakfast is served, and the invited speaker offers a brief presentation followed by Q&A. Spring 2020 DEO Leadership Breakfasts will be announced soon.

These programs complement the UI DEO and Academic Leadership Program, now in its fifth year, and the BTAA-DEO Seminar.  Additional programs may be scheduled throughout the year and will be announced in advance.
