As previously announced, new procedures to enhance exam security for those requesting scoring of objective, multiple choice exams through Exam Scoring will begin on January 2, 2019.

  • All exams must be dropped off in person or left in the lockbox in C102 PBB.
  • Exams must also be picked up in person, with a UI ID required.

This change brings many benefits for instructors. For example, instructors will no longer receive score reports by email; instead, those scores will be available from an “Instructor Tools” dashboard.

Some of the other benefits include the following:

  • Graders can be added by the instructor
  • Exam questions can have more than one correct answer
  • Exams can be reviewed and edited from any semester
  • Multiple key scrambles can be produced from the one foundational key (Form/Key A), by picking one of the available options
  • Various reports are available

Individual training sessions are available, listed below. Additionally, some areas have requested group training sessions; sessions can be added by contacting the ITS HELP Desk.
