It is time to double check on compliance with sexual harassment prevention training requirements.  To help us meet SHPE deadlines and avoid notifications from the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity, we kindly ask each department to run the report titled “Harassment Prevention Compliance Due this Quarter” from the Compliance & Qualifications system within Self-Service.  Please notify those individuals who are out of compliance that mandatory training must be completed. 

If your department needs to ask for an extension for an individual, please email Wendy Danger before Thursday, September 15, 2016, with the rationale.  Starting on Friday, September 16, 2016, Wendy Danger will ask each department with personnel on their list to share the plan for bringing them into compliance.  Information about SHPE, including who is required to take the course, can be found HERE
