CLAS Academic Programs & Student Development Fall 2020 Office Hours

Staff in Academic Programs and Student Development are available to assist students, faculty, and staff. You may email us at clasps@uiowa.edu anytime. We may be reached by phone at 319-335-2633 during our virtual office hours, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm weekdays (closed Wednesdays from 12 - 1 pm).

Phone and Virtual Appointments for students

Current University of Iowa students may make a phone or virtual appointment online in MyUI under Advising Appointment (choose "College Office" then "College of Liberal Arts and Sciences") or by calling 319-335-2633 during our virtual office hours. We can meet with students by phone or using Zoom, Skype for Business, or Microsoft Teams,.

Drop-in Hours (In-person, Phone, Zoom)

In-person drop-in hours are available in 120 Schaeffer Hall from 11 am - 2 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, while on-campus courses are being held.

Phone drop-in hours are from 11 am - 2 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and from 11 am - 12 pm and 1 - 2 pm on Wednesdays. Call us at 319-335-2633 for assistance.

Zoom drop-in hours are from 11 am - 2 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and from 11 am - 12 pm and 1 - 2 pm on Wednesdays. After Thanksgiving, when the University switches to all online instruction, 120 SH will be closed and CLAS Academic Programs staff will be working regular office hours remotely.
