As discussed at a recent Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) meeting, we have created pages at the CLAS website to help keep you updated.

The pages list the following information:

  1. Contact information for the DUS in each department or other unit
  2. Sample responsibilities for the DUS, with the intention of helping a new DUS to better understand this role
  3. Notes from our biannual DUS meetings
  4. A calendar of curricular-related actions by month

We also hope that this site will help Admissions and others to identify DUS contacts in each academic area of CLAS.

Since the Directors of Undergraduate Studies play a vital role in the administration of the curriculum as well as in student success and assessment of the undergraduate major, I would especially like to thank you for your work on behalf of CLAS students.
