As we approach the end of the semester, please remember to prevent cheating before it occurs but if it should happen, please report it to the College as soon as possible, using the online form below.

• Online form to report the incident to the College.
• Upload any documentation to the form that you might have.
• Please include your name and email address on the form so we can copy you on our response to the student.

We generally receive around 300 reports a year; very few students have a repeat offense.

Students understand that academic misconduct is unfair to their peers, their professors, and to the University of Iowa.
