Under the leadership of Dr. Dorceta Taylor, who serves as the Program Director, the Yale Conservation Scholars – Early Leadership Initiative (YCS-ELI), previously known as the Doris Duke Conservation Scholars Program at the University of Michigan/Yale School of the Environment, offers a summer opportunity for students from diverse backgrounds. Each scholar spends the summer in Southern New England, New York, or Washington D.C., engaging in an exciting environmental internship.
