General Duties:
Position is responsible for the administrative and technical duties in association with the City Storm Water Management Plan, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (MS4 Permit), and other water quality related studies/plans. Responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of the GIS system for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, street lights, streets and trails.

Minimum Requirements:
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent; and two years of related technical or college training in civil engineering technology or natural sciences with specialized training in storm water management and/or collection systems; two years of related technical or college training in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or related field such as Geography, Engineering Technology, Computer Science with an emphasis in GIS coursework and training; and two (2) years’ related experience; or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates the knowledge and experience to perform the work.
