If you would like access to the property room you must complete the Scene Storage Check Out Form.  Please read carefully the rules and follow them to avoid being penalized.

Scene Storage Check-Out Rules

1. Scene storage is available for course-related use by students currently enrolled in a Cinematic Arts course or Communications Studies course.
2. Prior Faculty knowledge and approval of your project is required.
3. Access to the property room is available only when monitored.
4. Access may be scheduled for use Monday thru Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
5. Request for use must include your name and the names of other persons to be present with you while in the scene storage.
6. Request for use must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the intended use.
7. Scene storage is not available for use if that would conflict with a class using it.
8. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled time, your props may be seized for another use.
9. You are responsible for scene storage and studio cleanup when your project is finished. $125 charge for failure to cleanup.
10. Absolutely NO spray paint or other aerosols, no open flame, heat or smoke or fog generator. Setting off the fire alarm will result in a $1,400 charge to your U-Bill.
