Depending on Qualifications

Degree and area of specialization:

Masters degree in environmental conservation, conservation biology, environmental management/policy/leadership or closely related field required.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Minimum of five-years professional experience in natural resource management, conservation NGO's or nonprofits, Federal conservation agencies, and / or higher education required.
Experience with student coordination or mentoring, and familiarity with professional conservation academic programs strongly preferred.

Position Summary:

The Environmental Conservation (EC) Professional MS program is now preparing for its fourth cohort of students, who start on June 5, 2017. The EC Program Coordinator will lead and manage all ongoing activities of the EC Program, as well as identify and plan for arising program needs, such as providing student support services, leading all efforts to identify and organize student MS projects, facilitate EC curriculum and advising relationships across campus, and managing EC event coordination.

Additional Information:

Occasional travel (domestic and international) will be required for recruiting and professional networking.
