Frances Flannery, PhD and MA Graduate of University of Iowa Religious Studies recently wrote an opinion piece for bioearthcommunity.com titled, "Understanding the Insurrection at the Capitol on January 6, 2021-Ending the Cycle of Violence."
Dr. Flannery is a Professor of Religion in the Department of Philosophy and Religion at James Madison University (JMU), Harrisburg, VA. She is also Founder and Executive Director of the Center for the Interdisciplinary Study of Terrorism and Peace (CISTP) at JMU and Co-Founder of BioEarth.
