Durham selected as the 2014-2015 Honors Thesis Mentor Award recipient

Gigi Durham has been selected as the 2014-2015 Honors Thesis Mentor Award recipient. In the nomination, she was described as "hands down the most inspiring and dedicated teacher and mentor I¹ve had." In the commendation, Dr. Robert Kirby, associate director of the UI Honors Program, added, "We are tremendously fortunate to have you serve as a mentor to our students!"

As the recipient of this award, she will receive a monetary award and personalized memento. Gigi will be recognized for her achievement at the annual Honors Commendation Ceremony at 6:00pm on May 15, 2015, prior to the Honors Program's graduating seniors and their guests.
