The National Resource Center for Family Centered Practice has led information dissemination in the areas of child welfare, family support, and in-home services since its inception. Practitioners and researchers alike can trust the NRC for information and the most up-to-date resources in the field. This tradition of information dissemination began with the Prevention Report, a biannual newsletter which kept child welfare practitioners up-to-date on best practices. Recently, the National Resource Center for In-Home Services provided a variety of information resources to child welfare agencies and the public under a federal grant. Today, the NRC provides resources and connects practitioners through the online Child Welfare Information Gateway.
