Jeff Liebermann has spent his entire career in Institutional Advancement, first serving his undergraduate alma mater, the University of Northern Iowa as the assistant director of alumni relations (1989-1995), before moving to the University of Iowa Alumni Association as the director of alumni programs (1995-1998).  In 1998, Jeff moved to what was then known as the University of Iowa Foundation (now the University of Iowa Center for Advancement) as a development officer for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, where his job duties included directing the fundraising campaign for what became the Philp D. Adler Journalism and Mass Communication Building. 

He is now an assistant vice president at the University of Iowa Center for Advancement (UICA) where he balances an active fundraising portfolio and management responsibilities.  Jeff received his BA in public relations from UNI in 1988 and his MA in journalism from the UI in 2002.  He lives in Iowa City.
