Carla Keppler has worked in the public relations agency world for 10 years, primarily focused on internal and corporate communications. She has strong experience working with a variety of clients, including those in the healthcare, technology, agriculture, manufacturing and financial industries. In addition to her experience supporting C-Suite executives for several top-tier clients, Carla has contributed to the planning, development and delivery of several clients’ M&A communications and culture campaigns. She also contributes to strategic project and program planning, and is an effective project manager who places heavy emphasis on building strong client relationships.
Carla is able to apply her research background for corporate and employee communications measurement work through surveying, data review and analysis, and reporting. In her prior role as an agency researcher, she focused on competitive analysis, helping clients stay on top of the industry trends and online conversations shaping their business. She studied clients’ competitive landscapes, analyzed the marketplace and searched for opportunities where they could better address customer concerns and business needs through internal and external online communications.
Carla graduated from the University of Iowa with bachelor’s degrees in journalism and communications studies.
