A Center supporting Informal and Intercultural Communication Skills
By Undergrads, For Undergrads
(& Grads & Faculty & Staff)
Through programming such as the Intercultural Social Hour (ISH) and our Conversation Pairing Program (CPP), undergraduate students build confidence and cultural fluency with the English language and other cultures by engaging in informal, “low-stakes” verbal interactions. In the CPP, our primary program, undergrads staff Weekly One-on One Conversations through our service-learning course RHET 2090: Conversation Practicum (available to Confident English-Speaking International Students).
