Rachel graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in political science in 2016. She was a McNair Scholar and participated in the University's National Science Foundation sponsored research experience for undergraduates on conflict and peace studies. She presented her work at the Midwest Political Science Association Annual meeting in spring 2016. Rachel's current research focuses on how factors of migration influence the political and social acculturation of Latinos in the United States.
