Martha advises students in international relations, the online political science B.A. program, and political science students interested in attending law school.
Martha brings over twenty-five years’ experience in undergraduate education to her advising role, with the last ten years in political science. Martha focuses on the full student educational experience, helping students craft their time intentionally to meet their personal, intellectual, and professional goals. In addition to her advising role, Martha directs the CLAS Law School Readiness Program, advises Phi Alpha Delta, the campus pre-law fraternity, and provides regular programming for pre-law students. Martha currently serves as chair-elect of the Pre-Law Advisors National Council, President of the Midwest Association of Pre-Law Advisors, and is a frequent speaker at national pre-law conferences. In her free time Martha enjoys gardening, cooking, entertaining, traveling, and many outdoor pursuits.
