Eleanor Willging is a first-year PhD student in the Department of Political Science, studying American politics. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from Saint Xavier University in 2018. She is interested in social and education policy, intergovernmental relations, and spatial inequality. Her research focuses on how political institutions and public policies shape spatial economic inequality in the United States.
