Daria Kuznetsova is a first-year graduate student at the University of Iowa. She is a recent graduate from the Master in Community and Regional Planning program at the Iowa State University and a former Fulbright Foreign Student Program recipient from Ukraine. Her master's thesis was focused on the impacts of decentralization reform on the quality of local public services in Ukraine. During her studies at the University of Iowa, Daria hopes to continue working on the topics of decentralization, post-conflict development and reconstruction, and the promotion of empowerment of local governments.
