History Class Transcribes for Library of Congress
Below are pictures from Dr. Caroline Radesky's History Matters class, Women's Right to Vote: A History of American Suffrage and Early Feminisms. The class of 30 undergraduate students includes students from over 18 different majors, including Business, Biology, Elementary Education, History, Psychology, Spanish, Statistics, as well as others.
The introductory history class worked on transcribing historical suffrage documents for the Library of Congress. Some of the student were even translating suffrage documents from Spanish and French.
Compliments on a phenomenal job done by all!
