GHS Student Allexis Mahanna Presented with the First Ever Undergraduate Library Research Award
Honors Global Health Studies Student, Allexis Mahanna, received the first ever Undergraduate Library Research Award. The Head Librarian of the University of Iowa and the Undergraduate Engagement Librarian joined GHS faculty at the Fall Undergraduate Research Festival to present her with this honor!
Her thesis topic is for Local and Autonomous Community Migration Responses: Case Study of Barcelona, Spain. Her Global Health Studies research was funded by a Stanley Award for International Research.
