The 24 faculty members who achieved tenure in fall 2016 have each fulfilled the expectations the College had for them at the time they joined our faculty. They have all successfully served as teachers and advisers; they have achieved national recognition for their research, scholarship, or creative work; and they have all given service to the College, their departments, and the professional activities of their disciplines.
To recognize this important career milestone, each newly tenured faculty member has selected a book or other resource to be presented in his or her honor to the University Libraries. A bookplate will commemorate the occasion. See the webpage that highlights the selected titles.
