• Summary of Non-ACE Form Teaching Evaluations
• Final List of External Reviewers
• Log of External Evaluators’ Letters

Required declaration for some tenure cases:

• For tenure candidates who have received extension(s) of the probationary period, remember to follow this directive.

Required when the dossier includes a book manuscript:

• CLAS Checklist: Progress Toward Publication of Book in the Dossier.

Optional:

• Form for Confidential Evaluation by DCG Members of Candidate for Promotion and/or Tenure
