Luis Martín-Estudillo is Associate Professor in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Iowa, specializing in Spanish literature and culture from the 20th and 21st centuries. He has also published broadly on early modern topics. He is the Managing Editor of Hispanic Issues and Hispanic Issues Online. Martín-Estudillo has received the 2009-2010 Collegiate Teaching Award, the 2011-2013 Dean's Scholar Award, and two awards from the National Endowment for the Humanities, whose research fellowship he enjoyed in 2015-2016. Some of his publications can be downloaded here.
