• Due to DEO: Tuesday, October 11, 2022
• Due to Dean’s Office: Tuesday, October 25, 2022

Reference a faculty member’s offer letter for additional details. Please contact Gabbie McDermott (gabriella-mcdermott@uiowa.edu) with questions. Gabbie sent out reminder emails with the application form to eligible faculty, their DEOs, and departmental administrators. If a faculty member believes they are eligible and did not receive an email, please email Gabbie.
