Letters of Intent are due via the online portal by October 21, 2021. Please note that—unlike last year—there will be no limit to LOIs from CLAS, and thus no “pre-vetting” procedure within the College. As the instructions state, you are free to discuss your LOI plans with me or with any of the appropriate Associate Deans depending on the topic (Dean Lang for undergrad-facing proposals, Dean Getz for grad- or outreach/engagement-facing proposals, Dean Tomova for the sciences and Dean Racevskis for the arts and humanities). We are happy to help and offer advice on orientation, but all LOIs will be submitted directly to the UI Strategy Team and CLAS approval is not required for this initial submission.
