A new workflow for course cancellations went live this week. It provides a centralized communication process for CLAS undergraduate and graduate course cancellations. Requests for course cancellations for summer 2022 and later should be communicated to CLAS and to the Registrar through this form. After submission, the form will be routed to CLAS Undergraduate Programs or to Associate Dean Getz for approval, and then to the Office of the Registrar.
