Intercollegiate UI LEAD (Leadership Education, Assessment, and Development) is an individualized program where UI mid-senior level staff and faculty work directly with their peers, a leadership coach, and their leadership to further their leadership effectiveness and career goals. UI LEAD focuses on individualized feedback, goal-setting and skill development.

The Intercollegiate UI LEAD is designed to:
• Enhance cross college networking opportunities for emerging to mid-senior level administrative staff/faculty
• Encourage peer-led leadership development
• Develop individual leadership skills
