CLAS is pleased to announce that it will again sponsor the first 30 faculty to sign up for Phase I Grant Writing Seminar, led by John Robertson of Grant Writing Seminars & Workshops, LLC (GWSW; https://www.grantcentral.com/) and hosted by the OVPR's Research Development Office on October 26, 2023.

NOTE: This year, the OVPR's registration form requires a full MFK. CLAS will provide our MFK to cover the $150 cost for the first 30 faculty to sign up. BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO REGISTER, please send an email to: CLAS-GSO@uiowa.edu and we will send you the required MFK, to be used only for this registration.

The Write Winning Grant Proposals seminar comprehensively addresses both practical and conceptual aspects that are important to writing competitive grant proposals. The event will be presented by John D. Robertson, Ph.D., a managing member of Grant Writers' Seminars & Workshops. This is a fantastic opportunity for faculty to start strategizing about how to write a winning grant proposal that will get attention and bring in research funding.
