Please be reminded it is time to double check on compliance with sexual harassment prevention training requirements.  To help us meet HPE deadlines and avoid notifications from the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity, we ask each department to run the Self-Service Training Report titled “Harassment Prevention Compliance individual deadlines within the Quarter” as soon as possible and notify those individuals who are out of compliance that mandatory training must be completed. 

The compliance reports for the HP classes are available from the Compliance & Qualifications (CQ) System. To access the reports, login to Compliance & Qualifications. Click the tab for Actions & Reports. Under the Harassment Prevention Reports section, click Harassment Prevention Compliance individual deadlines within the Quarter. This report defaults to the current quarter or you may select an alternate time period if you wish.

If your department needs to ask for an exemption for an individual, please email Carole Kern before Thursday, June 15, 2017 with the rationale.  Starting on Friday, June 16, 2017, Carole Kern will ask each department with personnel on their list to share the plan for bringing them into compliance.  Information about HPE, including who is required to take the course, can be found HERE
