We have received the 2018 Working at Iowa survey results for CLAS and our departments.

You will receive an email with the results for your unit. I encourage you to review the results carefully, identify areas that need to be addressed, and formulate a plan for doing so. You should also note the areas where you are doing well and celebrate your success.

Overall, the results are positive for the college, and I look forward to using the data to ensure that we are providing a fulfilling, productive, and meaningful workplace environment for our employees.
