The deadline for completion of the Post-tenure Effort Allocation (PTEA) agreements for your tenured faculty will be Friday, April 8, 2022.  This will allow DEOs to count on additional information on PDAs, stipend supplement awards, tenure decisions, phased retirements, etc., thus eliminating the need to process adjustment to the PTEAP later in the spring semester.

The College needs to have all PTEAPs for DEOs for next year (AY 22-23) routing completed by April 8, 2022.  If you are continuing your term as DEO and plan to allocate the same effort as this academic year, simply work with your administrator to fill in the same data and route to your associate dean.  If your term expires at the end of this academic year, and we have not yet determined who will be chair of your department, please consider what you expect to be doing in AY 22-23 and make changes to your PTEA listing (there is a space for comments) then route to your associate dean.  If you wish to discuss your effort allocation for next year, please contact our office (467-1510) or email kaitlyn-kampion@uiowa.edu to schedule a meeting.
