The new “Faculty Review Application” dashboard went live on February 20, 2017 for the 2016-2017 faculty review cycle.  All regular faculty reviews (e.g., Tenured (FT), Probationary Tenure-track (FS), Clinical-track (FQ)) must be processed using this application.  The College will continue to use the “CLAS Faculty Review” form in workflow for all Lecturer reviews this year.  Once Lecturers transition into the new Instructional Faculty track, the reviews will be included in this application.

Attached are the Faculty Review Application guidelines.  This document will be available on the Office of the Provost website under “Faculty Reviews.”  The Faculty Review Application Dashboard is available in the Employee Self-Service website.  Please complete the following steps to access the Faculty Review Application:

1. Click on the “Administration” tab, and
2. Click on the “Faculty Review Application” link.
