University Human Resources has redesigned Employee Self Service with a new, mobile-friendly layout developed to be fast, flexible, and easily navigable from any device. There is currently a banner on the site giving you the option to try out the new design and explore its features through an online tour. The official transition away from the 2006 site will take place in March.

The design was created with similar concepts as other new HR websites to provide a consistent, familiar employee experience. You can navigate the site three ways: new category tiles that make links easier to find, a side menu, or the improved search capabilities. You’ll receive notifications about items that require your attention, and you can customize your experience by marking items you use most as “favorites.” Self-service applications (links) have not yet been revised, but will be updated over time.
