In partnership with the central Information Technology Services (ITS) organization, I am inviting you to participate in a short survey regarding your experiences around desktop support consultation and services.

Extended Technical Support (ETS) has developed this ETS survey (https://uiowa.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_exMg7wr97AYElNP), designed for distribution to end users who are served across the university. This is a brief survey (5 minutes or so) that attempts to understand the  collective performance and is focused solely on the IT support service ETS provides.
