The CLAS Dean’s Office requests faculty facilitator recommendations to Sara Sanders and/or Christina Berthel by April 17, 2020
- Requesting two (2) faculty for Supervisors training
- Requesting four (4) faculty for implicit bias training
Volunteers will receive training and contribution towards service. The implicit bias training will be approximately 90 minutes for each department committees who have searches. The supervisor training is for individuals in direct supervisory roles. Faculty supervisory training sessions will begin in the fall and will be approximately 4 hours per session. The supervisor training has been tailored for CLAS, and includes the university standards with additional information relevant for faculty within our college.
