Gerhard Loewenberg is a specialist on European legislatures. His research focuses on comparisons among them and between them and legislatures in the United States. He is a recipient of the American Political Science Association’s Frank J. Goodnow Award for Distinguished Service and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
